Beschluss Einführung eines Sozialtickets in Sachsen

Bündnis 90/DIE GRÜNEN in Sachsen fordern die Staatsregierung auf ab 2009 ein Sozialticket
zur Gewährleistung der Grundbedürfnisse an Mobilität zu gewährleisten. Das Ticket soll mindestens Fahrten in der jeweiligen Tarifzone des Wohnortes umfassen. Nutzungsberechtigt sollen die Menschen sein, die Arbeitslosengeld II oder Sozialgeld (SGB II), Grundsicherung im Alter
oder Sozialhilfe (SGB XII) beziehen bzw. deren Bedarfsgemeinschaften sowie Menschen, die
Leistungen nach dem Asylbewerberleistungsgesetz erhalten. Der Preis des Sozialtickets soll
50% des jeweiligen Normalpreises einer Monatskarte nicht überschreiten. Der Freistaat wird
aufgefordert, mit den Kreisen und Verkehrsverbünden eine geeignete Lösung zu verhandeln
und dabei eine Bezuschussung anzubieten. Die öffentlichen Träger des Nahverkehrs werden
aufgefordert, sich angemessen an den Kosten zu beteiligen. Wir fordern unsere Landtagsfraktion auf, die Finanzierung eines Sozialtickets in geeigneter Weise in die Haushaltsdebatte des
Landtags einzubringen.
